The Kyoritsu 3124 10kV High Voltage Insulation Tester allows a wide range of insulation testing up to 100GΩ at variable test voltages from 1kV to 10kV. The auto-discharge function of the 3124 megohmmeter automatically discharges the circuit under test.

The 3124 model also has the capabilities to connect to a data logger/recorder via a DC voltage output. The DC voltage output is shown on the digital display. Supplied with a logger/recorder lead, battery charging lead, 8 x Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries, earth and guard leads, and a hard carry case.
