Shipping Policies

We try to ship your order on the same day we receive it. We ship only on standard business days. If your shipment is time-sensitive, please call before ordering to confirm that we will be able to meet your requirements.

We will make all reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to your requested delivery date(s) as soon as payment has cleared. However, please keep in mind that our delivery dates are estimates only and shipments may be affected by factors outside our control, we cannot be responsible for delays or shipping errors caused by the shipment carriers. Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled after the order has been submitted by MyMeter to the shipment carrier.

All packages will be sent via our courier. My Meter only supplies products within Australia, no product will be shipped overseas.

We offer free delivery on orders over $1000

Free Click & Collect

There is no charge for Click & Collect. Orders can be collected from our head office. You will be notified via email when your order, or part of your order, is ready to collect.
When collecting your order from the store, please bring your tax invoice, order confirmation or photo ID.

Can I ship it overnight (2nd day, 3rd day, etc)?

Yes, as long as the product is in stock. All express orders, overnight, 2nd day, and 3rd day deliveries placed by phone must be received by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time in order for us to attempt to ship on the same day.

Carrier Information

We primarily ship StarTrack. However, we need a physical address for delivery (from time to time we may call customers to confirm delivery information). Shipping charges vary per item but we try our best to charge exact shipping prices. Please contact us for a quote. Overnight, 2nd day and priority shipping are available on most items. Contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping Terms

All shipments by MyMeter are F.O.B. point of shipment from MyMeter facility. You are responsible to pay all shipment charges, which are in addition to the purchase price of the products. If the “Signature Required” option is waived during checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier in the event a shipment is lost, stolen or unclaimed.

If I place an order over the weekend, will my order ship out on the same day?

Currently, we only process shipments Monday through Friday. If an order is placed on the weekend, and the product is in stock, your order would ship on the next available business day.

Cancellation Policy

MyMeter is obligated to complete the sale when a buyer makes a purchase. However, we understand that there may be some special circumstances in which orders need to be canceled.

There are some cases in which MyMeter will cancel an order. For example, if the manufacturer no longer makes the product. In these cases, My Meter will inform the buyer and refund any money already paid or our sales team may offer an alternative.
