The CEM DT-5503 is a highly compact and easy to use Insulation and Continuity Tester with a CATIII-1000V safety rating.

The DT-5503 offers three insulation test ranges: 250V, 500V and 1000V, a 3Ω continuity range and a 500Ω resistance range.

The meter is equipped with a “Live Circuit Warning” and also displays the actual AC voltage measurements of the mains supply.
